Tata Motors to roll out a mega service camp from Nov 11, 2016
Tata Motors has announced that it'll organise a mega service camp for its passenger vehicle customers across the country. The free service camp will offer a 40-point vehicle health check-up, top wash and a suit of value-added services.
Tata Motors will roll out this week-long camp across 527 dealerships in 281 locations. The automaker has partnered with more than 20 suppliers to offer up to 10 per cent discounts on value-added services and accessories. The camp will also offer a discount of up to 20 per cent on original parts and labour charges. The car owners can avail up to Rs 1,000 discounts on new batteries, too.
Commenting on the service camp, Dinesh Bhasin, head customer support, passenger vehicles business unit, Tata Motors, said, "The nationwide mega service camp is an initiative which the company undertakes to ensure customers across the country can avail themselves of good value high-skilled services. In the last five editions, we have serviced over 5.8 lakh cars."
The mega service camp is scheduled to commence on November 11 and end on November 17.
In 2016, this is Tata Motors' second service camp with a 40-point vehicle health check-up. In July, the company organised a free monsoon check-up for its passenger vehicles across its 533 authorised service centres. The camp offered a 40-point check up for brakes, wipers, headlights and engine oil to ensure that the cars are fit for the monsoon.
