Tata Motors hit 50 lakh production mark

Today, Tata Motors announced that they have officially produced 5 million passenger vehicles. The company reached this milestone today, and the staff celebrated it in a special fashion that brought together the whole Tata Motors family and the highly regarded New Forever lineup of Tata cars and SUVs to form the 50-lakh shape.

Tata Motors will launch a celebration campaign for consumers and workers in India to mark the 5-million manufacturing milestone. Tata Motors will decorate its dealership and sales locations with branded attire and the signature mnemonic as part of the campaign to commemorate the achievement. The Firm will keep up the month-long celebrations at its regional offices and industrial facilities.

Tata Motors produced one million vehicles in 2004, two million in 2010, three million in 2015, and will produce four million vehicles by the year 2020. Tata Motors was able to advance from 4 million vehicles to 5 million automobiles within three years, despite the Covid-19 and Semiconductor shortage crises that afflicted the global automotive industry. This achievement is a testament to the Company's strong product range and growing customer connection.
