Spotify's 2021 Wrapped lists top 10 Indian songs streamed in cars this year
AP Dhillon's music tops the list alongside some hit Bollywood numbers
Branded audio systems seem to be gaining a lot of popularity in mass-market cars with the likes of Tata, Hyundai, Kia and Mahindra making headlines with their audio partners in their newest cars. Irrespective of the sticker price of the car, in-car audio is one of the top-rated factors that influence buying decisions. After all, road trips and good music go hand in hand.
Spotify, which is a popular streaming service for music and podcast, has shared with us a list of the top ten songs that were streamed in cars in India this year. This is one of the many lists released under Spotify's '2021 Wrapped' campaign. Unsurprisingly, the list is mostly made of Bollywood numbers, but indie artist A P Dhillon has not only made a big splash on the list but has also topped it. Here's what Spotify data shows:
