Skoda Kushaq Onyx Edition launched in India, priced at Rs 12.39 lakh
Skoda Auto India has announced the launch of the Kushaq Onyx Edition. The new edition of the very successful mid-size SUV from Skoda is priced at Rs 12.39 lakh.
The Onyx Edition sits between the Active and Ambition models already available. The SUV has 'Onyx' badging on the B-pillars, grey door graphics, chrome grille trim, and 16-inch wheels with wheel covers.
The Onyx Special Edition is exclusively available with Skoda Auto India's proven 1.0 TSI turbo-charged 3-cylinder petrol engine. It develops 115PS of power and 178 Nm of torque and is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
The Kushaq Onyx Edition's inside appears to be very typical. Together with the new Onyx Design Perforated Leatherette seats with fabric inserts, the scuff plate receives an Onyx Inscription. Customers of the automobile will also receive memory foam seats and textile mats with Onyx engraving as standard. The rest of the equipment is the same as the regular Kushaq.
With 53,721 units sold and a growth rate of 125 percent annually, Skoda Auto India declared 2022 to be its biggest sales year.
