Royal Enfield rolls out special offer
Royal Enfield is offering special rewards and extended warranty on its bikes purchased before May 31. The offer includes complimentary extended warranty, official apparel and Royal Enfield accessories amounting Rs 10,000. The customer has to pay the full on-road price before May 31 to redeem the special offer. The extended warranty is a compulsory part of the offer and the accessories can only be chosen from those options present at the dealership and not those that are shown online on the Royal Enfield's official website.
The Rs 10,000 reward cannot be cashed out or turned into a discount while purchasing the bike. The company has also offered a 20 per cent discount on all accessories if a customer wants to buy over the offer limit.
The initiative has been launched to attract customers and boost sales of the bikes as 120 dealerships have restarted operations across the country. This initiative also aims at creating cash liquidity through the month as the offer demands the customer to pay the entire on-road amount before May 31. This is regardless of the bike delivery dates, it could be before or after May 31. The current fleet of Royal Enfield offers the Interceptor, Continental GT, Himalayan, Thunderbird, Classic and the Bullet.
Recently, some images of the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 surfaced which will replace the Thunderbird in the fleet. The Coronavirus caused nationwide lockdown has crippled the economic system and it may take a while for the auto sector to get back on its feet, we may see many manufacturers rolling out lucrative deals to bring in customers as we enter lockdown 4.0.
