Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 design patent filed
Royal Enfield has filed the design patent for the Flying Flea S6 in India, and it was last showcased at the EICMA 2025 along with its sibling, the C6.

- The C6 is a roadster and the S6 is a scrambler
- The FF S6 design patent filed
- S6 and C6, both are based on the "L" platform
These prototypes have been creating quite the buzz on the internet. The C6 was showcased in New Delhi back in February 2025. And we can expect these to be launched sometime in 2027. Both these bikes were spotted testing in Ladakh under heavy camo. The C6 is a roadster and the S6 is a scrambler. The S6 differentiates itself from the C6 with a different handlebar, an offset instrument console, and a raised front mudguard.
The tyres are also different, the C6 uses road tyres with alloy wheels, while the S6 is equipped with off-road tyres and spoke wheels. The Flying Flea models will be positioned as premium offerings and will be priced similar to the 450 and 650 range of ICE motorcycles.
The C6 was also spotted testing in Chennai and the test mule was under heavy camouflage. It features a round headlamp unit, likely to get all LED lighting, round rear-view mirrors, unique girder forks that was seen on the Flying Flea showcased in New Delhi. It seems like the electric bike has a two-piece seat and it is likely to get disc brake on both ends. We can expect wavy-fin like elements on the battery pack which claims to assist the cooling effect for the battery and it looks visually pleasing as well.
The battery capacity can be anywhere from 2 kWh-5 kWh battery with an estimated range from 100-150 km. The feature list could include navigation, TFT dash, smartphone tethering, geo-fencing, crash alert, call alert, and dual-channel ABS to name a few. We can expect ride modes as well. The Flying Flea C6 is expected to be touted as the electric city bike from Royal Enfield.
