Renault India offering discounts on BSVI versions of Duster, Triber and Kwid

Renault India is offering discounts and offers on its BSVI range of vehicles - the Duster, Kwid and the Triber MPV. In order to push sales, the automobile manufacturer is not only offering cash discounts but has also floated attractive finance schemes with lower rate of interests on these cars. Similar to other brands, Renault India too is offering the option of no EMIs for three months. All the benefits will be offered on Renault vehicles that will be booked and sold between May 1 and 31, 2020.

The company's flagship model, the Duster BSVI is being offered with discounts of up to Rs 60,000. These benefits include cash discount of Rs 15,000, exchange benefit of Rs 25,000 and loyalty benefit of Rs 20,000. The loyalty benefits of Rs 20,000 include either exchange benefit of Rs 20,000 with a Renault model or cash discount of Rs 10,000 for an additional Renault model, mentions the company. Further, there is a corporate bonus of Rs 10,000 for Renault's approved list of corporates and PSUs. There is also a rural offer of Rs. 10,000 that is applicable for farmers, sarpanch and gram panchayat members only. The finance scheme will offer a rate of interest of 8.99 per cent, that is being calculated on a loan amount of Rs 7.5 lakh for a tenure of 36 months. For availing the three month EMI holiday offer, the loan amount is fixed at Rs 7.5 lakh for 36 months.

Launched in March this year, the Renault Duster BSVI is only available with a 1.5-litre H4K 4-cylinder petrol engine that makes 106PS and 142 Nm. There is only a 5-speed manual on offer for now. Even the company's latest offering, the Triber MPV can be availed with similar benefits. The discount of Rs 30,000 includes an exchange benefit of Rs 20,000 and loyalty benefit of Rs 10,000. The loyalty benefits of Rs 10,000 include either an exchange benefit of Rs 10,000 with any other Renault model, or a cash discount of Rs 5,000 for an additional Renault model. Similarly, there is corporate bonus of Rs 10,000 or rural offer of Rs 10,000. The Renault Kwid BSVI is being offered with benefits of up to Rs 35,000, which includes cash discount of Rs 10,000, exchange benefit of Rs 15,000 and loyalty benefit of Rs 10,000.

The Renault Triber BSVI was launched in February this year at Rs 4.99 lakh for the base model, while the top-spec RXZ version was priced Rs 6.78 lakh. The Triber's 999cc Energy engine makes 72PS at 6,250rpm and 96 Nm at 3,500rpm, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. On the other hand, the Kwid BSVI was launched at Rs 2.92 lakh, with a powertrain option between an 800cc or a 1-litre petrol engine.
