Pricol and Johnson Controls come together for a JV
Leading automotive components manufacturer Johnson Controls and automotive instrument cluster supplier Pricol Limited have joined hands to form Johnson Controls Pricol Private Limited. The 50:50 joint venture will use Pricol's Pune manufacturing plant as its base and it will develop and manufacture instrument clusters, displays and body electronics for both car and motorcycle manufacturers in India.

Vijay Mohan, chairman of Pricol said, "Johnson Controls brings their world-class product development capabilities, global purchasing relationships and access to global customer relationships to this joint venture, which will help Pricol to strengthen our leading market position in India."
