Sonal Ramrakhiani from Tata Technologies named among top 100 Leading Women in North American Auto Industry
Sonal Ramrakhiani, COO, Americas, Tata Technologies is recognized as part of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry in 2020 by Automotive News. Sonal and her co-honorees were selected from a month-long nomination and judging process that attracted hundreds of entries from the United States, Canada and Mexico. From a pool of 72 companies comprising entries from CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CMOs, engineers, plant managers and dealer principals, and for the first time, from the new mobility sector.
The 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry award program recognizes women who have become achievers, innovators and leaders in their respective spaces.

As COO, Americas, Tata Technologies, Sonal Ramrakhiani oversees the territory's P&L and leads all marketing, sales, HR, IT, and administrative units. Ramrakhiani is part of Tata Administrative Services, the Tata group's flagship leadership program. She brings to her role more than two decades of business and management experience. Prior to Tata Technologies, she has held numerous key leadership roles for IT outsourcing major, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). At TCS, she managed strategic accounts across various verticals including manufacturing, energy and banking. Ramrakhiani has also worked for Tata Teleservices and watch and jewelry maker, Titan Industries. Ramrakhiani holds a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management. Her areas of expertise include customer experience management, both in the B2B and B2C space.
