Ola S1 Pro, S1 X+, S1 Air prices cut by up to Rs 25,000
Ola Electric has announced a price revision for its electric scooter range. The S1 Pro, S1 Air, and S1 X+ received a price cut by Rs 25,000 starting from today. As a result, the electric scooters have now been priced from Rs 1.30 lakh, Rs 1.05 lakh, and Rs 85,000 (all ex-showroom), respectively. These e-scooters were earlier priced at Rs 1.47 lakh, Rs 1.20 lakh, and Rs 1.10 lakh (all ex-showroom), in that order. It is to be noted that the new prices are valid only for this month.
The company had also offered Rs 20,000 off on the S1 X+ in January 2024, while the customers who purchased the S1 Pro and S1 Air benefited from a free extended warranty worth of Rs 6,999. There was also an exchange bonus of Rs 3,000 and discounts up to Rs 5,000 on specific credit cards.
In other news, Ola recently introduced 8-year battery warranty for its S1 line-up at no extra cost. This 8-year/80,000km warranty promises hassle-free battery replacement, 100 per cent defect/failure coverage, and transferable ownership. Customers can further extend the warranty to 1,00,000km and 1,25,000km for are optional extra of Rs 4,999 and Rs 12,999, respectively.
The S1 Pro offers a claimed range of 195km and a top speed of 120kmph, while the S1 Air delivers a range of 151km and provides a top speed of 90kmph. Whereas, the S1 X+ gets a 3kWh battery pack, offering a claimed range of 151km and top speed of 90kmph.
