Nissan Magnite EZ-Shift and Kuro Edition unveiled

Nissan has introduced two new Magnite models in India: the Magnite EZ-Shift and the Magnite Kuro edition. The former provides more accessibility for individuals wishing for a Magnite with an automatic gearbox, whilst the latter is simply a Magnite all-black edition.

Nissan Magnite EZ-Shift

The introduction of the 5-speed AMT with the 72PS and 96Nm 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine is one of the most significant changes to the Magnite. The Magnite only has the CVT with its 100PS 1-litre turbocharged petrol engine, thus it's for people looking for a more economical automatic drivetrain.

This AMT transmission will be offered throughout the full range, including the XE, XL, XV, and XV Premium.

Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition

Kuro means 'black' in Japanese, and as you can see, the automobile is mostly completed in that colour. All of the gleaming and contrasting elements in the grille, bumper, and wheels are completed in black. Also, the Kuro Edition get front red brake callipers and Kuro badging on the front fender.

Inside, piano black details on the steering wheel, door handles, gear knob, and AC vents maintain the black motif. In addition, the roof liner and leatherette seat coverings are completed in black.

The Magnite is now priced between Rs 6 lakh to Rs 10.86 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The Renault Kiger, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, and Maruti Suzuki Fronx are also competitors.

Bookings for the Magnite Kuro edition are now available, and you can expect to pay roughly Rs 15,000 more than the standard trim. The AMT would cost around Rs 55,000 more than the manual transmission models.
