New Land Rover Discovery Sport launched in India, priced at Rs 67.90 lakh
JLR India has introduced the Land Rover Discovery Sport 2024 in India. Prices for this premium SUV begin at Rs. 67.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Discovery Sport is available in the Dynamic SE specification with two engine options, as well as a seven-seater option.

2024 Land Rover Discovery: Design and Powertrain
Land Rover has only made a few tweaks to the exterior of the revised Discovery Sport in terms of design and appearance. It now has an all-black mesh front grille with a glossy finish, newly designed LED headlights and taillamps, and a new set of 19-inch alloy wheels.
The Discovery Sport is available with two powertrain options: a 2.0-litre petrol engine and a 2.0-litre diesel engine. The former generates 248PS and 365Nm of torque, while the latter generates 204PS and a monstrous 430Nm of torque, both coupled to an automatic transmission that transmits power to all four wheels.
2024 Land Rover Discovery: Interior and Features
Get inside the Discovery, you'll see a floating 11.4-inch curved glass touchscreen. The Discovery Sport receives the most recent Pivi Pro infotainment system, which has permanently accessible sidebars with shortcuts to major vehicle settings and functions like as media, audio, temperature, and navigation.
The Discovery Sport's adaptable and large cabin, available with up to seven seats, guarantees substantial room with up to 24 alternative seat arrangements. The second row of seats glides and reclines in a 40:20:40 split and the rear seats may be folded down to create a cargo space of up to 1,794 litres.
The Discovery comes with wireless smartphone connectivity, leather interiors, wireless charging, two USB-C chargers, climate control for the third row, 3D surround cameras, ClearSight Ground View, which offers feeds viewed on the touchscreen, and ClearSight Rear View Mirror, which provides an unobstructed view behind the vehicle, regardless of what's in the back.
