New-gen Skoda Kodiaq RS pictures leaked
Skoda's upcoming new-generation Kodiaq RS pictures have been leaked on the internet, offering glimpses of its exterior design. Going by the leaked images, it will feature several cosmetic changes to stand out from the all-new standard Kodiaq, which was revealed globally a few months ago, bringing in fresh interior, sportier styling, and additional equipment.
2024 Skoda Kodiaq Engine Specs & Perforamance
The crux of the all-new Kodiaq will lie in its engine, which reports suggest that will be the same 242PS 2.0-litre engine as the Octavia RS, but a new 2.0-litre unit with a power output around 270PS instead. In fact, the new-gen Superb saloon features the most potent 2.0-litre petrol engine-ever producing 265PS. That being said, this motor is likely to be paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and an all-wheel-drive system.
2024 Skoda Kodiaq Design & Interior
The Skoda Kodiaq RS will feature distinctive design elements over the regular version. As seen in the leaked pictures, it will get a redesigned grille, likely with an all-black finish, new front and rear bumpers, dual squared-shaped exhaust tips, 'RS' badges at the front and rear, and a new set of larger alloy wheels. Skoda will offer black-painted ORVM caps, roof rails, and window frame along with red brake callipers, and probably new body colours.
2024 Kodiaq Interior
Inside, the performance-oriented SUV is expected to carry over the same design layout as the standard Kodiaq. However, expect an all-black cabin with contrast stitching, RS-specific steering wheel, metal pedals, RS-spec seat upholstery, and perhaps infotainment system and driver display with distant user interface with new functions.
The interior will probably retain the 10-inch driver display, 13.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and Skoda Smart Dials (a first for the new Kodiaq and Superb) comprising three knobs with a 32mm display to control temperature and other functions.

Other features could include a 360deg camera, panoramic sunroof, ADAS, powered tailgate, connected car features, telematics, heads-up display, 15W wireless charging docks, new gear selector, up to four USB-C ports with a power output of 45W, one 15W Type-C USB port at the IRVM, powered front seats with ventilation, heating, memory, and massage functions, rear window sunblinds, matrix LED headlights, a hi-fi sound system, ambient lighting, RS-spec suspension with adaptive dampers, and drive modes, among others.
