The upcoming Ducati Hypermotard V2 has been spotted testing and the spy shots give us a fair idea of what we can expect.

- New 890CC V-twin engine that pushes 120 PS
- Now features a double sided swingarm

The upcoming Ducati Hypermotard V2 will be using the  new 890cc V-twin engine that comes mated to a six-speed gearbox, and the engine is likely to push from 115-120 PS of peak power. The new Streetfighter, Multistrada V2 and Panigale V2 also features the same engine. The new Ducati Hypermotard V2 has also shed significant amount of weight, almost 10-15 kg, that gives it a manic power-to-weight ratio.

When it comes to cycle parts the bike rides of 17-inch alloys, similar to the outgoing model, double sided swingarm, a USD fork up front and an off-set monoshock at the rear, and disc brakes on either end.

The bike is expected to host a suite of rider aids such as power modes, riding modes, launch control, wheelie control, switchable dual-channel ABS, a 5-inch TFT dash, and traction control to name a few.

In terms of design the bike maintains the outgoing silhouette, but there are styling tweaks, the biggest is the double sided swingarm with the new headlamp design. It gets indicators mounted on the knuckle guards, sleek indicators at the rear, a high beak mudguard, undertail twin-exhaust unit, and supermoto style seat.

We can expect the bike to reach the Indian shores by early 2026 and the official reveal of the bike can be expected at the EICMA 2025 in Milan by the end of this year.

The outgoing Ducati Hypermotard will set you back by Rs 17.10 lakh, we can expect the new one to be priced slightly above the current price.
