MG Hector gets new Shine Pro, Select Pro variants; new price starts at Rs 13.99 lakh
MG Motor India has expanded the Hector lineup with the new variants Shine Pro and Select Pro, priced at Rs 16 lakh and Rs 17.30 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively. Notably, the starting price for the Hector is now Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
MG Hector Shine Pro & Select Pro: Highlights
The key features of the new Hector Shine Pro and Select Pro variants include LED projector headlamps, led blade connected tail lamps, 14-inch portrait touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless phone charger, chrome outside door handles, all-black upholstery, leather-wrapped steering, all-digital cluster, push button engine start/stop with smart key, digital bluetooth key and key sharing capability, cruise control, electric parking brake, four-wheel disc brakes, electronic stability program, traction control system, hill hold control, ABS with EBD, brake assist, all seats seatbelt reminder, follow me home headlamps, cornering front fog lamps, front & rear defogger, speed sensing auto door lock, ISOFIX child seat anchors, and high-speed warning alert.
Meanwhile, the Shine Pro comes with a single-pane sunroof and 17-inch silver alloy wheels, while the Select Pro gets a panoramic sunroof and 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
MG Hector Shine Pro & Select Pro: Powertain
Powering the Hector is a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine producing 143PS and 250Nm and a 2.0-litre inline-four turbocharged diesel unit that delivers 170PS and 350Nm. Transmission options include a six-speed manual and a CVT automatic transmission.
