Mercedes Benz India to hike up prices of their vehicles from April 1
Mercedes Benz India has announced that they will be hiking the price of their vehicles from April 1, 2023. They said that there will be an increase in prices of the vehicles ranging from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 12 lakh across different models.
The company has been compelled to make this pricing adjustment in order to maintain a viable business operation due to a substantial increase in foreign exchange over the previous four months and growing input prices. But, the company will continue to provide financing options through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to provide clients the lowest possible cost of ownership.
Mercedes-Benz prices will increase by Rs 2 lakhs for an A-Class limousine and Rs 7 lakhs for a top-of-the-line S 350d limousine to Rs 12 lakhs for the top-end Mercedes Maybach S 580 luxury limousine. As a result, the A-Class Limousine's ex-showroom pricing starts at Rs 44 lakh.
Price starts at Rs 60 lakh for the higher C-Class and Rs 76 lakh for the higher E-Class, respectively. When it comes to SUVs, the GLE will start at Rs 90 lakh, whilst the GLS is currently priced at Rs 1.29 crore, ex-showroom.
