Maruti Suzuki now has 4,500 service touchpoints in India
Maruti Suzuki India Limited has expanded its service network in the nation to 4,500 touchpoints. Maruti Suzuki enabled 310 service touchpoints in FY 2022-23, the most ever in a fiscal year. Many of these service touchpoints were introduced in rural regions to better serve clients in these areas.
Maruti Suzuki also developed various new formats for the convenience of its customers. These include seven-day-a-week and night service facilities at select workshops, Doorstep Service Facility, specifically developed 'Service on Wheels,' Maruti Mobile Support, and a Quick Response Team to provide clients with the freedom to access services when it is convenient for them.
Furthermore, the Company is always looking for new methods to communicate with clients. The Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Point (MSSSP) concept was launched for rural markets. To assist clients, small workshops offering dry wash services in commercial sites were formed in metropolitan areas.
