Maruti Suzuki Brezza achieves 10 lakh unit sales milestone

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza has achieved a new milestone of 10 lakh units sales in India. This sales figure not only comprise sales of the Brezza facelift but also the sales numbers of Vitara Brezza, which was introduced in March 2016. Not only that, the sub four-meter SUV also took over the Tata Nexon to claim the title of best-selling SUV in financial year 2024.

The Maruti Brezza competes against the Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, and Mahindra XUV300. But what makes Brezza stand out in its segment is its CNG variants. Alongside the LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi+ petrol variants, customers can choose from LXi CNG, VXi CNG, and ZXi CNG options.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Powertrain and mileage

Powering the Brezza is a 1.5-litre, inline four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine that delivers 100.6PS and 136Nm of torque. Whereas, the same motor produces 87.8PS and 121.5Nm of torque in the CNG mode. Transmission options include a five-speed manual and a six-speed automatic units. The fuel economy of manual and automatic petrol variants is rated at 17.38kmpl and 19.80kmpl. On the other hand, the CNG-powered Brezza returns a mileage of 25.51km/kg.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Features

The brand has bestwoed the Brezza with numerous features, such as LED projector headlamps, follow me home and lead me to vehicle headlight functions, a heads-up display, a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system, hill hold assist, electronic stability programme, six airbags, an electric sunroof, wireless charging, Type-C ports, cooled glovebox, cruise control, and Suzuki Connect.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Prices

The prices of the Brezza start from Rs 8.29 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 13.98 lakh (ex-showroom). While the prices of the CNG variants range between Rs 9.24 lakh and Rs 11.99 lakh (both ex-showroom).
