Maruti Suzuki and Indian Oil team up to offer loyalty reward program
In order to provide more advantages and convenience for Maruti Suzuki consumers, Maruti Suzuki Rewards, a completely digital reward program run by Maruti Suzuki India, has reinforced its partnership with Indian Oil Company (IOCL).
By April 1, 2023, the automaker claims over 8 million Maruti Suzuki Rewards members will be able to simply sign up for the XtraRewards program thanks to an upgrade to the Maruti Suzuki Rewards App.
Customers may access their IOCL XtraRewards points on the Maruti Suzuki Rewards App's IOCL-related area (separate from Maruti Suzuki Rewards program points). By delivering 100 XtraRewards points as a client onboarding bonus and 2 XtraRewards points for every Rs 100 spent on petrol at an IOCL station, the initiative would encourage consumers to refill. Customers who spend Rs 25,000 in a quarter will additionally receive 350 XtraRewards points from Indian Oil Corporation, valued at Rs 105. These additional rewards are depending on milestones.
Speaking about this unique initiative, Shashank Srivastava, Senior Executive Officer (Marketing & Sales), at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, "At Maruti Suzuki, we provide our customers with not just the best and reliable products but also a wide range of services and exciting benefits. Maruti Suzuki Rewards is a fully digital loyalty program, offering a bouquet of delightful services to customers by providing a premium, reliable and benefit-driven post-purchase experience. We are confident that the additional features and benefits in this program will help us build a stronger connection with customers and enhance their experiences further."
