Mahindra Scorpio-N garners 25,000 bookings within 1 minute and 1 lakh registrations within 30 minutes
The All-New Scorpio-N received 1 lakh reservations within 30 minutes of the reservation period starting at 11 am today, corresponding to an ex-showroom value of Rs 18,000 crores for Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. The Scorpio-N registered its first 25,000 bookings within the first minute itself.
Beginning on September 26, 2022, the All-New Scorpio-N will start to be delivered. By December 2022, over 20,000 units of the All-New Scorpio-N are expected to be delivered, with the Z8L version receiving priority. By the end of August 2022, Mahindra will let the clients know when they may expect their order.
There was a small issue with the payment gateway provider, but the booking website handled the massive influx of orders effectively. Each consumer will have their rightful place in the order sequence thanks to Mahindra's assurance that their time stamp prior to payment is properly recorded on the booking platform.
Prospective owners could book the 2022 Mahindra Scorpio-N for a Rs 21,000 deposit from today at 11 am onwards. Mahindra had already introduced an 'Add to Cart' feature on July 5 so that buyers could keep their desired configuration at hand to quickly place a booking. This helped them be one of the first 25,000 customers who get the Scorpio-N at its introductory prices.
Also with the booking details, Mahindra has also announced the FinN financing scheme to help owners purchase their Scorpio-N. This scheme will cover 100 per cent of the on-road cost of the SUV, offering long loan tenures of 10 years and interest rates starting from 6.99 per cent. These financing plans can also be tweaked as per the customer's needs.
Prices for the Mahindra Scorpio-N start from Rs 11.99 lakh and go up to Rs 18.99 lakh for the petrol manual. The diesel manual is priced between Rs 12.45 lakh and Rs 19.49 lakh. The petrol At is priced from Rs 15.45 lakh, going up to Rs 20.95 lakh. The diesel AT costs between Rs 15.95 lakh to Rs 21.45 lakh.
The 4x4 variant costs an additional Rs 2.45 lakh over the diesel variants and is available on the Z4, Z8, and Z8L trims. A six-seater option can be added for Rs 20,000 more.
