MG Motors India will launch the 2021 MG Hector facelift, which brings with it cosmetic updates externally, including a new grille design and larger 18-inch alloy wheels, and minor tweaks in the cabin for an overall more pleasing experience. The changes do seem to be in line with customer feedback, and it's good to see MG Motors, a new manufacturer in India immediately step up to the plate with a model update not even a year and a half after the Hector's debut in India. Pricing for the 2021 Hector starts at Rs 12.89 lakh, topping at 18.32 lakh. The new Hector Plus 7-seater is priced from Rs 13.34 lakh to Rs 18.32 lakh, while the Hector Plus 6-seater ranged from Rs 15.99 lakh to Rs 19.12 lakh.
The cabin of the 2021 Hector facelift sees a change to a dual-tone colour theme, with the addition of ventilated seats. Onboard iSmart infotainment upgraded with better voice recognition, including Hindi+English commands.
Updates to the 2021 Hector facelift include the new studded grille, grey skid plate, a move to 18in alloy wheels from 17in wheels on the outgoing car, apart from revised trim on the tailgate.

Changes to the cabin are expected to be largely limited to dual-tone upholstery replacing the all-dark theme of the outgoing Hector, while knowing MG Motors OTA update cycle, software tweaks should be expected as well.
