The Audi Q5, which has been out of production for over two years owing to the tightening of emission regulations, makes its way back to the Indian market. This time around the 2021 Audi Q5 facelift is being locally assembled at the Volkswagen Group's facility in Aurangabad. This should let Audi India price it on par with rivals like the Mercedes-Benz GLC, BMW X3, the upcoming Volvo XC60 facelift and the Jaguar F-Pace. Prices for the 2021 Audi Q5 facelift start from Rs 58.93 lakh for the Premium Plus, going up to Rs 63.77 lakh for the Technology variant.

Updates inside the Audi Q5 largely come in the form of the updated 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, wireless charging, a cleaner design for the central console functions, updated digital Virtual Cockpit instrumentation, and two colour choices for the upholstery ranging from a light beige to a dark brown. Two trim options will be available - Premium Plus and Technology.
To that effect, subtle styling updates freshen up the look of the Audi Q5, with minor interior updates bringing it up to speed to the segment. Starting with the exteriors, you're looking at a wider singleframe grille, new LED elements for the headlights and tail lights, upsized 19-inch wheels, new bumpers, and the addition of silver trim on the sides and at the rear.
The Audi Q5 facelift represents the first launch in what will be a succession of updated models of Audi's past hits over the coming months including the likes the Audi Q7, Audi Q3 and more.
