Live updates: 2019 Mahindra XUV300 SUV India launch
The Mahindra XUV300 is launching today! A sub-four metre SUV, the XUV300 is the latest in a string of important launches across segments from the manufacturer, after the Mahindra Marazzo and also the Mahindra Alturas G4. Interestingly, Mahindra has chosen to launch the XUV300 on Valentine's Day! The XUV300 is as important as the aforementioned cars if not more, given how important the 10 lakh rupee SUV segment is in India today. The segment currently witnesses stiff competition between the Ford EcoSport, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Tata Nexon and the XUV300 joins the party. Mahindra has in fact ensured that the XUV300 is ready to take its competitors head on and also has it equipped with a long list of features and creature comforts, including a few segment firsts. The XUV300 is powered by a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, with the latter boasting impressive outputs of 115PS and 300Nm!
