The Benelli TRK 502 and TRK 502X are two, new adventure tourers that are set to be launched today. The TRK 502 and TRK 502X are the first all-new products to be launched by Benelli in India, as part of its recent partnership with the Adishwar Auto Ride India - Mahavir Group.
The motorcycles share the same frame and engine but its the X that's off-road biased among the two. Both bikes are powered by the same 499.6cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that develops 47.6PS and 45Nm, mated to a six-speed transmission. To add to its off-road credentials, the 502X also comes equipped with a metal bash plate and an exhaust endcan that sits higher. Follow our LIVE blog for more from the launch event today

Brakes are 320mm twin discs at the front and 260mm single disc at the rear. ABS is standard and switchable.
The Benelli India TRK502 and TRK502X get 50mm front forks and pre-load+rebound adjustable monoshock at the rear.
The next Benelli India launch will be the two variants of the #Leoncino and its Scrambler version. Date undisclosed but should be May-June by our reckoning
The Benelli TRK502 is touring focused version. Has wider, road-biased tyres and190mm ground clearance
The Benelli TRK502X is the off-road focused variant, apparent by it's 220mm ground clearance.
These prices are introductory for initial customers who book online. Prices will go up a bit after the initial phase is over. Revision price is undisclosed.
The Benelli India TRK502 has a seat height of 800mm while the TRK502X has a seat height of 840mm.
Cost of service was revised downward 35%. 5 year warranty standard. 40-45 dealers by end-2019. Benell iIndia says these will help riders feel more confident of their Benelli bikes.
