Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 will be limited to only 40 units

Lamborghini has unveiled the Urus Performante Essenza SCV12, a limited edition version of the Urus SUV. The unique SUV, limited to only 40 pieces worldwide, is available solely to owners of the track-only Essenza SCV12 supercar. Lamborghini's Ad Personam division designed the SCV12 variant, which is based on the Urus Performante and has an enhanced twin-turbo V8.

In terms of aesthetics, the new limited edition SUV has a black bottom half, substantial cladding on the sides, and a dual-tone finish, which enhances its overall appeal. You'll also see a faint red-coloured contrast line on the lower part of the body along the roofline, which adds to the vehicle's attractiveness. The usual 23-inch glossy black wheels and matching brake callipers are included.

The inside of the Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 has Nero Cosmus Alcantara upholstery with leather detailing, carbon-fibre inlays with a gloss or matte finish, black anodized aluminium parts, and the full Dark Package except for the contrasting red door handles.

Customers will receive a decorative feature with the Essenza SCV12 emblem and profile on the passenger side of the dashboard and the kick plates to distinguish themselves from the standard Urus. Two commemorative carbon-fibre plaques in the passenger compartment are also available, one with the Lamborghini 60th Anniversary emblem and the other with the vehicle number or the customer's name.

Despite its designation, the Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 is powered by the same 4.0-litre, twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 666PS and 850Nm of torque and is linked with a seven-speed DCT gearbox. The SUV can accelerate from a standstill to 100kmph in 3.3 seconds and reach a peak speed of 306kmph.

Mitja Borkert, Lamborghini's Head of Design said "The Lamborghini Urus SC-V12 Edition is the most expressive and detailed livery we have ever created. It is exclusively linked and designed personally for each of the 40 customers of the Lamborghini Essenza SCV12. The livery of the Urus SCV12 is painted black in the lower part to deliver even sportier proportions on the Urus, and the exterior colour is directly linked with the exclusive colour of the Essenza SC-V12, with a coloured pinstripe connecting the front, side and rear graphically. The result is a stormy, unique and colourful limited series of Urus."
