Kia partners with Orix to introduce Kia Lease
Kia India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Orix Auto Infrastructure Services Limited to introduce a new ownership experience program called Kia Lease. This initiative aims to offer the Sonet, Seltos, and Carens on a lease with various mileage and time-period options. The program is designed to enhance brand accessibility and provide customers with an alternative way to own a Kia car without the hassle of maintenance, insurance, or resale.

The Kia Lease program caters to customers' long-term mobility needs, offering options ranging from 24 to 60 months, along with different mileage plans. The first phase of this leasing program has been launched in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. Customers can opt for purchasing or leasing Kia cars without an initial down payment. To support this, the brand will provide dedicated leasing staff and customer care.
Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer, Kia India, said, "The Leasing model is a global mega trend, gaining momentum in India too. This model resonates particularly well with new age consumers seeking flexible mobility solutions at appealing price points. With an industry forecast projecting 100% growth over the next 4-5 years, we anticipate our leasing service will outpace the industry growth average on account of better product range and service offerings."
