Karl Slym is the new MD for Tata Motors
Ex-managing director and president of General Motors India, Karl Slym has joined Tata Motors as their new managing director. Slym succeeds PM Telang and will lead all operations of Tata Motors in India and international markets. He will assume responsibilities from October 1.
During his stint with GM, Slym had also been the executive vice president and board member of SGMW China. He had also served in various positions across different geographical positions around the world, for all of the 17 years he was with GM.
