In pictures: Hero Mavrick 440
Hero MotoCorp has recently launched the all-new Mavrick 440 in India. Priced from Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the roadster is available in three variants: Base, Mid, and Top. The Base variant features spoke wheels and is offered in an Arctic White shade. The Mid variant, equipped with alloy wheels, comes in Celestial Blue and Fearless Red colours. Then, the Top variant, which gets machined alloy wheels, is available in Phantom Black and Enigma Black colour schemes. That being said, we have ridden the motorcycle in the majestic Rann of Kutch in Gujarat and our comprehensive first ride review of the Hero Mavrick 440 has also been live.
Powered by a 440cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled SOHC engine, the Mavrick 440 generates 27.3PS and 36Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox. Notably, this engine is the same as the one used in the Harley-Davidson X440, albeit with slightly lesser torque than the X440. Here is a detailed picture gallery of the neo-retro style roadster.
