Hyundai India launch the Always Around service camp for its customers
Hyundai India has started the service initiative for its customers, the Always Around Campaign. In its 10th edition, Hyundai says that it aims to cater to its large customer base in India. Over 8,000 locations across the country will be hosting these service camps.
The service camp will comprise of an18-point check up of Hyundai vehicles and also includes a free dry wash, coolant and oil top up.
Commenting on the company's new initiative, Rakesh Srivastava, senior vice president, sales and marketing, Hyundai Motor India Limited said, "The Hyundai Always Around Campaign is an initiative to enhance the satisfaction levels of our customers. Our vision is to be the life time partner of our customers and we would like to offer premium Hyundai experience at all the touchpoints. We value our customers and therefore we initiate such campaigns from time to time. We have received great response over the years and are confident that this campaign organised exclusively for Hyundai owners will be very successful."
Hyundai car owners will also get the opportunity to test drive the newly launched Creta at the venue of the service camp.
Hyundai Launches 10th Nationwide 'Always Around' campaign
|New Delhi, Aug 22, 2015: Hyundai Motor India Ltd, the country's leading premium car manufacturer and the largest passenger car exporter, announces the 10th nationwide service initiative - 'Always Around' campaign in a mega avatar. With the motto of "You're never far from us", the 'Always Around' campaign commences from 23rd August 2015 and it will provide free 18 point check-up for its customers at convenient locations. This year, the 'Hyundai Always Around' campaign has grown much wider in terms of locations and reach. It will be covering around 8,000 locations by year end wherein Hyundai will try to reach out to all its customers in an effort to make them smile by ensuring that their car is in the best of condition. Around 10,000 vehicles across 470 locations nationwide are expected to attend the camp on the launch day- 23rd Aug 2015. The Hyundai team will also collect suggestions and feedback on the performance of the vehicle & after sales service. The customers will also have a chance to see and test-drive the latest Hyundai car- CRETA, which would be displayed at the venue.
