EICMA 2025: Suzuki SV-7GX revealed

Suzuki has unveiled the SV-7GX at EICMA 2025 that is powered by a 645cc V-Twin engine mated to a six-speed transmission with bi-directional quickshifter.

- Gets a 4.2-inch TFT dash with smartphone tethering
- The engine pushes 73 PS and 64 Nm of peak torque

The Suzuki SV-7GX is powered by a 645cc, V-Twin, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine mated to a six-speed gearbox. The engine pushes a good 73 PS and 64 Nm of peak torque. The same engine is used in the SV 650, and V-Strom 650XT.  It has a seat height of 795 mm, a fuel capacity of 17.4-litres, a ground clearance of 135 mm and tips the scales at 211 kg. The suspension duties are done by a 41 mm telescopic fork up front and a preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear with 125mm and 129 mm of travel, respectively. Braking duties on the other hand are done by 290 mm dual rotor setup up front and a 240 mm disc at the rear.

The feature list includes a bi-directional quickshifter, all LED lighting, a 4.2-inch TFT dash, ride modes, traction control system, rid-by-wire, easy start system, smartphone tethering with call alerts, USB-C port, and knuckle guards to name a few.

The Suzuki SV-7GX is expected to be available from summer of 2026. The bike pricing will be announced on a later date.
