Ducati India inaugurates its first-ever service only workshop in Goa
Ducati has announced the start of operations at its newly developed service-only facility located in Mapusa, North Goa. The facility is the first-of-its-kind Ducati-exclusive service-only setup in the country.
Spread across 1,200 sq. ft., the facility features two automated service bays and a dedicated customer lounge. Its location is just off National Highway NH-66, which links Mumbai to Kanyakumari, making the service facility a convenient stop for Ducati riders exploring the western coast and southern India.
This facility will offer service, spares, and accidental repairs along with display and fitment of genuine Ducati parts and accessories.
Speaking on the network expansion, Bipul Chandra, Managing Director at Ducati India, said "The launch of our first service-only facility in Goa is a significant milestone in our efforts to enhance Ducati's after-sales ecosystem in India. Goa, with its scenic routes and passionate riding community, has always been close to the Ducati spirit. This new service setup not only brings Ducati's renowned service standards to the Goan Ducatisti but also serves as a crucial pit stop for riders on long-distance road trips along the west coast. We are proud to collaborate once again with Legacy Motors, who have consistently delivered excellence in form of our Dealer Partners in Pune and now bring the same commitment to Goa."
Pranav Bakre, Dealer Partner at Legacy Motors, said, ""We are thrilled to take the next step in our journey as a Ducati dealer in India. Since the last two years, Ducati Pune has secured the top spot as the best dealer in the country, and we aim to bring the same level of passion, professionalism and competence to Goa by partnering with Ducati to open the first ever Ducati authorized service set-up in India. We see Goa as a key market for us, and this service centre marks the first step in our long-term vision to grow and strengthen our presence in the region."
