Citroen eC3 Shine variant launched in India, priced at Rs 13.20 lakh
Citroen India has officially announced the new top-spec Shine version in the eC3 lineup, with pricing beginning at Rs. 13.20 lakh (ex-showroom). To keep up with the recently launched Tata Punch EV, Citroen has introduced this new top end variant a new colour and some added features.

Citroen eC3 Shine: What's new?
The general design of the Citroen eC3 remains unchanged. However, a new Cosmo Blue shade has been introduced to replace the previously available Zesty Orange. Even the dual-tone variants that had the orange colorway have been changed by this new blue paint scheme.
Additional options on the eC3 Shine include electrically adjustable wing mirrors, a rear parking camera, and 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. It also has false skid plates in the front and back, as well as a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The 10.2-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, manual air conditioning, a four-speaker stereo system, keyless entry, a digitized driver's display, and My Citroen Connect connected car capabilities are all carried over from the existing Feel variant.
Citroen eC3 Shine: Powertrain
There are no improvements in the powertrain section, as the eC3 remains available with a single 29.2 kWh battery pack version across all configurations. The electric motor at the front produces 57PS and 143Nm of torque and has an ARAI claimed range of 320km on a full charge.
The eC3 faces competition from the Tata Punch EV that is priced from Rs 10.99 lakh to Rs 15.49 lakh as well as the Tiago EV that is priced from Rs 8.69 lakh to Rs 12.04 lakh. For reference the Citroen eC3 base variant starts from Rs 11.61 lakh (ex-showroom).
