Limited-time anniversary benefits include an accessory kit, exchange bonus, and savings under GST 2.0 reforms.

A year after its highly anticipated return to Indian roads, the BSA Gold Star is celebrating its anniversary with a series of offers curated for motorcycle enthusiasts. Classic Legends, the brand behind BSA Motorcycles in India, has released its first-ever exchange programme. This allows riders to trade in any two-wheeler for a bonus of up to ?10,000 toward a new Gold Star.

Timed with the festive season, the offer runs from August 23 to September 23, 2025, and includes a limited-edition accessory kit worth ?5,896, bringing the total anniversary benefit to ?15,896.

The 650cc Gold Star, a revival of the classic British single-cylinder, has been appreciated for blending old-school charm with modern refinement. Its hand-crafted design includes a signature rounded fuel tank, chrome accents, wire-spoke wheels, and pinstriping, all paired with contemporary tech such as LED lighting, dual-channel ABS, and a slipper clutch.

Additional Savings under GST 2.0 Reforms

Classic Legends has also revised the pricing of the BSA Gold Star following recent GST 2.0 reforms. Buyers who book their motorcycles before September 21 stand to save up to ?23,702 on the ex-showroom price (Delhi), adding further value to the already compelling anniversary offer.

Sharad Agarwal, Chief Business Officer of Classic Legends, shared,

"Since its launch in India, the BSA Gold Star has found a loyal following. It takes forward the BSA spirit in a form that feels classic yet contemporary. Marking one year here makes us proud, and this initiative is our way of thanking riders for their trust and welcoming more enthusiasts to the BSA family."

As part of the exchange campaign, every new Gold Star purchase will also come bundled with a curated accessory set that includes:

  • A tall windshield for wind protection
  • A pillion backrest for added comfort
  • A polished exhaust guard
  • A functional and stylish rear rail

Engine and Performance

At the heart of the Gold Star is a 652 cc liquid-cooled DOHC engine, delivering 45 PS and 55 Nm of torque, among the highest in its segment. A 5-speed gearbox, wide tyres, premium disc brakes, and a finely tuned suspension system ensure the motorcycle delivers confident handling, whether weaving through city traffic or cruising down highways.

With its heritage dating back to 1861, BSA Motorcycles continues to honour its British legacy while evolving to meet the expectations of modern riders. This anniversary celebration marks a significant milestone for the brand's resurgence in India and signals its intent to grow its enthusiast base further.
