Audi Q7 facelift launched in India at Rs 88.60 lakh
In one of the final launches before the year concludes Audi brought to us the facelifted Q7. With prices starting at Rs 88.6o lakh (ex-showroom) with introductory offers the luxury SUV has got a few design updates, new colour options and some added features to it.
The front facia is altered with a new front bumper and the grille now sports vertical lines instead of horizontal ones, this is complimented with matrix LED headlamps with customisable light signatures reminding you of the Q8 and the Q6 e-tron. The rear bumper also gets a refreshed look along with LED tail lamps. The Q7 comes in five different shades, Sakhir Gold, Waitomo Blue, Mythos Black, Samurai Grey and Glacier White, among which the Gold will cost you a lakh extra.
The interior changes are minimal and cosmetic. A revised virtual cockpit and a lane change warning system are the only two new offerings, apart from the two interior themes of beige and brown. The rest of the interior is almost similar to the outgoing Q7.
The Q7 is powered by the same 3.0 Litre V6 engine paired with an 8-speed automatic, producing 345 PS and 500 Nm of torque with Audi's Quattro, AWD technology. Audi claims that the Q7 can do 0-100 in 5.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 kmph.
The Q7 will be competing with the likes of the BMW X5, Mercedes GLE and the Volvo XC90, all of which are comparatively more expensive than the introductory price offers.
