AMW ties up with MyTVS for after sales service
Asia MotorWorks (AMW) has entered into an agreement with MyTVS outlets for servicing of their vehicles across the country. The agreement covers all AMW trucks and tractor models operating on Indian roads and has already come into effect from April 1, 2012.
MyTVS, a part of the TVS group, has 1157 outlets in 763 locations in India and their primary responsibility will be to do minor repairs so that the vehicle can reach an AMW authorized service station. It also offers multi-brand car services, ambulances, cabs, winch and towing services as well as legal coordination assistance and emergency breakdown assistance for mechanical and electrical faults. This is its first initiative for trucks in association with AMW.
AMW will also sell their spare parts via MyTVS outlets and expand this reach to more outlets in the future.
