Acer and eBikeGo introduce Acer Muvi 125 4G electric scooter
Taiwanese multinational hardware and electronics corporation, Acer, and Indian electric mobility platform, eBikeGo, have joined hands to reveal the new Acer Muvi 125 4G electric two-wheeler. In fact, it has become the first EV to be introduced from Acer for the Indian market. Under license agreement with Acer Incorporated, eBikeGo will manufacture the Muvi 125 4G. Meanwhile, the brand aims to introduce more offerings in the country, including electric two-wheelers, electric three-wheelers, and e-bikes.
The Muvi 125 4G features swappable batteries with a range of 80km and provides a top speed of 75kmph. In India, the electric scooter competes against the likes of the Okinawa, Hero Electric, Ampere, Okaya, Joy e-bikes, Hop, Godavari, and Pure EV, among others. Acer presents the Muvi 125 4G as the urban commuter that offers a lightweight chassis, customisable features, and modern design.
In the international markets, Acer has unveiled its AI-driver e-bicycle, called ebii. This e-bike is made of aluminium and features a single-sided front fork, and a side-slung hub motor. The highlights of ebii include auto lock/unlock, collision detection, surround lighting, and app connectivity, among others.
