2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R breaks cover

The new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R has been unveiled by the brand for international markets. It gets new aerodynamic winglets, a new design and a new instrument cluster.

The new Ninja ZX-10R gets a new face that has been inspired by the younger 6R. And the brand has not revealed any specifications, the outgoing bike sold in India is powered by a 998cc, liquid-cooled, in-line, four-cylinder engine that comes mated to a six-speed gear box. The engine pushes 205 PS and 112 Nm of peak torque. We can expect similar number for the new Ninja ZX-10R.

In terms of features, the bike comes equipped with cornering management function, traction control, launch control mode, engine brake control, quickshifter, cruise control, power modes, electronic throttle valves, and anti-lock brake system to name a few.

The bike gets dual high-spec Brembo M50 monobloc callipers biting on large 330 mm dual-discs up front and a single disc at the rear. The suspension duties are handled by circuit focused BFF(Balance Free Front Fork) and BRFC lite(Balance Free Rear Cushion) developed by WorldSBK.

The model sold in India retails at an ex-showroom price of Rs 20.79 lakh, we can expect a similar price tag for the new version if and when launched in India.
