2025 Yamaha Aerox 155 launched at Rs 1.50 Lakh
The 2025 Yamaha Aerox 155 has been launched in India at Rs 1.50 lakh(ex-showroom). The scooter receives updates, including new colour schemes, i.e - Silver and Racing Blue, as well as updated OBD-2B compliance. Yamaha has also integrated E20 fuel compatibility into the Aerox.
The scooter is powered by a 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, Single Overhead Camshaft engine with Variable Valve Actuation, which now complies with the latest BS6 Phase 2 norms. It continues to produce 15PS at 8,000rpm and 13.9Nm at 6,500rpm, paired with a CVT gearbox.
The scooter retains its frame and telescopic front fork with twin rear shocks setup. The front braking is handled by a 230mm disc with ABS at the front and 130mm drum unit at the rear. The Yamaha Aerox 155 includes a 24.5-litre underseat storage, front pocket with charging port and a 5.5-litre fuel tank. The seat height of the scooter stands at 790mm, while ground clearance stands at 145mm.
