2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R revealed at India Bike Week 2023; India launch soon
Kawasaki India pulled the covers off the 2024 Ninja ZX-6R at the India Bike Week 2023 in Vagator, Goa. Notably, the price announcement and customer delivery dates for the Indian market will be revealed soon.
2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R: Powertrain
Powering the 2024 Ninja ZX-6R is a 636cc, in-line four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine generating 124PS (129PS with a RAM air intake) at 13,000rpm and 69Nm of torque at 10,800rpm. Mated to this motor is a six-speed gearbox, featuring a bi-directional quickshifter.

Kawasaki has bestowed the Ninja ZX-6R with a 4.3-inch colour display with Bluetooth connectivity, Kawasaki TRaction Control with three modes, assist-and-slip clutch, multiple power modes, Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System,
In terms of hardware, it boasts Showa's SFF-BP upside-down front forks, Bottom-link Uni-Trak rear monoshock at the rear - both come with rebound and compression damping and spring preload adjustability. Further, there is a 120/70 ZR17 section front and a 180/55 ZR17 section rear tyre, while braking setup comprises a dual 310mm semi-floating disc at the front with and a 220mm single rear disc unit. Its seat height stands at 830mm, while the kerb weight is rated at 198kg.
2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R: Price
We expect Kawasaki to launch the 2024 Ninja ZX-6R in India at a price tag of around Rs 11-13 lakh.
