Force Motors has officially teased the 2024 five-door Gurkha and 2024 three-door Gurkha via its social media handles, hinting the market launch could take place in the coming weeks. The new teasers offer a glimpse of the exterior and interior of the upcoming models. Here is everything that you should know about this Mahindra Thar rival.

2024 Force Gurkha: Exterior

The upcoming five-door Gurkha, as seen in the short video teaser, will feature a familiar and rugged design. In fact, the refreshed three-door Gurkha will also get redesigned design elements. Both models will feature LED headlights with integrated DRLs, reworked grille, a snorkel, and a roof rack. In addition, we expect the 2024 Gurkha to come equipped with larger 18-inch wheels.

2024 Force Gurkha: Interior

If the teaser is to go by, the new five-door Gurkha and the three-door Gurkha will boast an all-digital instrument cluster, TPMS, a new four-wheel-drive selector (likely to be shift-by-wire), and a larger and updated touchscreen infotainment system. It is also expected to come with hill hold control, traction control, multiple airbags, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. More importantly, the five-door Gurkha will feature a 2+3+2 seating layout, including a middle-row bench seat and two captain seats in the third-row. Also, the teaser shows dual-tone colour of the seat upholstery, which also appears premium.

2024 Force Gurkha: Engine and gearbox

Under the bonnet, expect the 2024 five-door and three-door Gurkha to carry over the same engine and transmission option as on the on-sale Gurkha - a 2.6-litre, inline four-cylinder, diesel engine that delivers 90PS and 250Nm of torque. This motor is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox and a four-wheel-drive system with front and rear mechanically lockable differentials.

2024 Force Gurkha: Price

The prices of the 2024 five-door Gurkha could start from Rs 16-17 lakh and go up to Rs 18-19 lakh. Whereas, the refreshed three-door Gurkha prices may range between Rs 15 and Rs 17 lakh.
