2023 Hyundai Grand i10 facelift launched at Rs 5.68 lakh
Hyundai has launched the refreshed Grand i10 Nios in India with prices starting at Rs 5.68 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom). It has also introduced the Grand i10 Nios facelift CNG version. Meanwhile, bookings are already open for Rs 11,000.
2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Facelift: Design
The new generation model of the hatchback was launched in late 2019 and was due for a mid-lift facelift update. This facelift update has brought a fresh look to the Grand i10 Nios with new front and rear bumpers, LED daytime running lights, a honey-comb pattern grille, LED taillights, and 15-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. Moreover, it is available in six monotone colours: Spark Green, Polar White, Titan Grey, Fiery Red, Typhoon Silver, and Teal Blue. Hyundai also offers two dual-tone paint options: Spark Green and Polar White with a black roof.
2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Facelift: Interior
The interior remains identical to the predecessor except for a handful of subtle changes. Hyundai has given it fresh upholstery with decorative piping, a wireless charging pad, footwell lights, USB Type-C ports, and an updated instrument cluster. Additionally, the cabin gets a few additional control switches located on the steering. It continues to carry the eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Facelift: Features and Safety equipment
The facelifted model is loaded with numerous new features, such as hill start and descent control systems, electronic stability control, cruise control, ISOFIX child seat anchors, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and vehicle stability management. Notably, all variants come outfitted with four airbags. Other features for the top-spec variants include six airbags, auto headlamps, rear parking sensors, and a rearview camera.
2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios: Powertrain
The Maruti Suzuki Swift rival comes powered by an updated RDR-compliant and E20 fuel ready 1.2-litre inline-four naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 83PS and 114Nm of torque. It is mated to a five-speed manual or AMT automatic transmission. On the other hand, the motor makes 69PS and 95.2Nm of torque and is only coupled to a five-speed manual gearbox.
