2023 Hero Xtreme 200S 4V launched in India at Rs 1.41 lakh
After launching the Xtreme 160R 4V, Hero MotoCorp has introduced the new Xtreme 200S 4V in India at Rs 1,41,250 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Along with a new four-valve engine, the motorcycle gets a few new mechanicals, fresh paint jobs, and graphics. The expanded four-valve engine vehicle line-up of Hero now comprises XPulse 200 4V, XPulse 200T 4V, Xtreme 160R 4V, and the new Xtreme 200S 4V.
New Hero Xtreme 200S 4V: Design and Colours
The new Hero Xtreme 200S 4V retains the same overall design as the Xtreme 200S 2V. However, new colour schemes and graphics give it a fresh look. It now comes with three paint schemes: Panther Black Metallic, Moon Yellow, and Stealth Edition. There are also new graphics in contrasting colours on the fairing, fuel tank, and body panels below rear seats. Also on offer is a new clip-on style handlebar.
New Hero Xtreme 200S 4V: Engine
Powering the new Xtreme 200S 4V is a new 199.6cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled, four-valve engine, which Hero says produces an additional 6 per cent (1PS) power and 5 per cent (0.9Nm) torque. Mated to a fives-speed gearbox, the motorcycle makes 19.1PS at 8,000rpm and 17.35Nm of torque at 6,500rpm. Notably, the motor also complies with OBD.2 emission norms and can run on E20 fuel.
New Hero Xtreme 200S 4V: Features and specifications
The Xtreme 200S 4V carries a fully digital LCD console with Bluetooth connectivity that offers turn-by-turn navigation and call and SMS alerts. It also gets an LED headlamp, LED DRLs, and LED taillight. In terms of hardware, the Xtreme 200S 4V gets traditional telescopic front forks, a rear mono shock with pre-load adjustability, 17-inch wheels, single petal disc setup at both ends with a single-channel ABS.

The new Hero Xtreme 200S 4V compete against the likes of the Bajaj Pulsar 220F, Suzuki Gixxer SF, and Bajaj Pulsar RS200/Pulsar N250.
