2023 Auto Expo: Limited-edition BYD Atto 3 launched at Rs 34.49 lakh

BYD (Build Your Dreams) has launched the limited-edition version of the all-electric Atto 3 in India at Rs 34.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Available in an exclusive Forest Green paint job, this model will be limited to only 1,200 units. Meanwhile, the automaker has also announced the commencement of the deliveries of the Atto 3 today.

Limited-edition BYD Atto 3: Design

While the Atto 3 is available in four paint options: Ski White, Boulder Grey, Surf Blue, and Parkour Red, the limited-edition model gets a Forest Green exterior shade. It gets adaptive LED headlights, a closed-off grille, LED taillights with a light bar running across its width, and 18-inch wheels.

Limited-edition BYD Atto 3: Interior

The key highlights of the cabin include a 12.8-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system, a wireless charging pad, powered front seats, a five-inch digital instrument cluster, multiple colours of ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, electric parking brake with auto-hold, leatherette upholstery, eight speakers, CN95 and PM 2.5 in-cabin filters, and USB Type-A and Type-C ports. The EV also features level 2 autonomy.

Limited-edition BYD Atto 3: Powertrain

The limited-edition Atto 3 gets the same 60.48kWh BYD Blade battery pack. It is coupled to an electric motor that produces 201bhp and 310Nm of torque. With this, the electric crossover promises an ARAI-certified range of 521km. Meanwhile, the Atto 3 can be charged from zero to 80 per cent in 50 minutes with an 80kW DC charger.

He added, "Today, we are also very honored to announce that the first batch of BYD ATTO 3 delivery starts. This calendar year, we plan to sell 15,000 units of BYD Atto 3 and all-new e6. The bookings of BYD Atto 3 have been very encouraging, and we are all set to start the first deliveries from January 2023."
