2022 Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza to make its debut on June 30

On June 30, 2022, Maruti Suzuki will unveil the all-new Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza in India. The company hasn't confirmed any details as to when pre-bookings will commence but rumours suggest that some dealerships have already started accepting bookings.

The new Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza will receive a considerable design overhaul while maintaining the existing model's shape. The sub-4-metre SUV will also get a slew of additional features to help it compete with its rivals.

The upcoming Maruti Suzuki Maruti Brezza has an entirely new front design with a chrome grille and small dual-pod LED headlights and slim wraparound tail lamps at the back. The black cladding on the sides and dual-tone alloy wheels visible in these photos distinguish the dual-tone variant.

The upgraded K15C engine, which debuted in the new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, will power the new Maruti Brezza. The new 1.5-litre petrol engine in the Ertiga is tuned for 103PS and 137Nm, and it might be available in a similar configuration in the Brezza. It'll most certainly be combined with a 12-volt mild hybrid system. The base 5-speed manual powertrain will be kept, while a new 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters will be available as an option.

Inside, a 360-degree camera, a freestanding touchscreen infotainment system, paddle shifters, an electric sunroof, and Suzuki Connect telematics are likely to be added to the next-generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza.

The new Maruti Vitara Brezza will be more expensive than the existing SUV, starting at Rs 7.84 lakh (ex-showroom). Rivalries with the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite will be reignited.
