2021 Jaguar F-Pace SVR facelift bookings open in India
Jaguar revealed the updated 2021 F-Pace SVR in the global markets last year. It packs in refreshed styling along with a more powerful supercharged V8 engine. Out on the exteriors, it looks similar to the regular F-Pace, save for the sportier bumpers, 22-inch alloys and exhaust pipes. The sculpted bonnet with scoops and deeper air intakes lend it a menacing look and similar treatment is given to the rear profile as well.
Just like the updated F-Pace, major changes lie on the inside featuring a new layout and tech. The curved Pivi Pro infotainment system takes the centre stage and another touch display has been provided for climate control and drive modes. The F-Pace SVR features a new steering rack for precise handling and metallic pedals for the gearbox. Talking about the changes, the SVR also features retuned suspension, electronic rear differential, torque vectoring by braking, active sports exhaust and a lot more.
The 5.0-litre supercharged V8 produces 550PS and 700 Nm of torque and comes mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The Jaguar F-Pace SVR does 0-100 kmph in a claimed 4s that is 0.3 seconds quicker than before. Helping with grip is the permanent AWD system that is tuned for exhilarated driving. Keep your right foot pinned to the floor and the F-Pace will touch 286 km/h without breaking a sweat. In India, the Jaguar F-Pace SVR will take on the likes of the BMW X4 Competition and Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 AMG Coupe. The bookings of the F-Pace SVR are now open and the prices will be announced soon.
