2021 Hyundai Alcazar: Prices and variants explained
Hyundai India has finally launched the Alcazar in the Indian market and prices start from Rs 16.30 lakh and top at 19.99 lakh ex-showroom, PAN India. Hyundai Alcazar is offered in Prestige, Platinum and Signature trims with both petrol and diesel engine options.
Hyundai Alcazar shares its underpinnings with the Creta but sports larger dimensions including the segment-best wheelbase of 2,760 mm. Powering the Hyundai Alcazar are 2.0-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines that are paired with both 6-speed manual and AT options. Hyundai Alcazar boasts segment-best fuel efficiency figures with the 1.5-litre diesel manual claiming over 20.4 km/l.
Hyundai Alcazar Prestige - Rs 16.30 - 18.01 lakh
Hyundai Alcazar Prestige is offered with 6 seater petrol MT and AT, 7 seater petrol MT, 7 seater diesel MT and AT and 6 seater diesel MT. Despite being the base variant of the Alcazar, the Prestige trim packs in a lot of tech and features. Features like the panoramic sunroof, automatic LED headlights, ABS with EBD, ESC, VSM, HAV, TPMS, ECM, rear camera and sensors, ISOFIX anchorages, dual airbags, etc are offered. On the tech side, we get the 10.25-inch infotainment system, 7-inch semi-digital instrument cluster, 64-colours ambient lighting, electric boot release, e-parking brake (AT), drive and traction modes (AT), cruise control, wireless charging for first and second row etc.
Hyundai Alcazar Platinum - Rs 18.22 - 19.79 lakh
Hyundai Alcazar Platinum is offered with 7-seater petrol MT, 6-seater petrol AT, 7-seater diesel MT and 6-seater diesel AT. Talking about the features, the Platinum trim offers side and curtain airbags, a 360-degree camera with blind view monitor, height-adjustable front seatbelts, puddle lamps, 10.25-inch instrument cluster, Cognac brown leather upholstery, 8-way powered driver's seat, Bose sound system, 18-inch alloy wheels over the Prestige trim. The Platinum variant of the Alcazar offers the perfect blend of equipment and value.
Hyundai Alcazar Signature - Rs 18.70 - 19.99 lakh
Hyundai Alcazar Signature is offered with 6-seater petrol MT and AT and 6-seater diesel MT and AT. The Signature trim doesn't offer much over the Platinum trim and it's offered with only 6-seater options. Still, there are some features like front parking sensors, blacked-out ORVMs (DT only), blacked-out shark-fin antenna, roof rails and spoiler and front ventilated seats.
