DSK Benelli have unveiled five new motorcycles at the Auto Expo. Four of them will be launched in India this financial year. The Benellis unveiled were the TNT Naked T-135, BX 250, Tornado 302 and the TRK 502.
The BX250 is a motard bike that will create a new segment when it makes it to India. Powered by a 250cc single-cylinder motor, the BX250 produces 25PS/21Nm of power and torque respectively. The motard bike features long travel suspension too. The BX 250 also gets a six-speed transmission.

The Tornado 302 is full faired motorcycle that features the same 300cc motor seen in the TNT 300. However, the twin-cylinder engine is tuned to produce 35PS of max power and 26Nm of peak torque. The 6-speed transmission is the same unit used in the TNT 300. The Tornado 302 looks larger than its rivals and styling is its USP. The typical Benelli twin-headlamp unit blends well with the fairing while the contrasting red frame stands out. The display motorcycle featured Metzeller tyres also seen in the KTM Duke 390 and RC 390. The Tornado 302 will be Benelli's first full-faired motorcycle when it goes on sale in India.

The TRK 502 after its EICMA unveil, has been showcased in India at the Auro Expo. The newest adventure motorcycle from the Benelli stable gets a fuel injected 500cc, parallel twin engine with four valves per cylinder, DOHC setup. It produces 47PS@8,500rpm and 45Nm@4,500rpm.Benelli has, keeping its adventure duties in mind, kitted the TRK502 with 50mm USD forks up front and 144mm rear shock absorber with adjustment for preload. The front suspension also has a 150mm stroke to add to the off-road credentials.

The Benelli TRK502 gets typical adventure motorcycle styling with a large, 20 litre fuel tank, beaky front fender (that resembles the Ducati Multistrada) and a huge screen above the headlamp. The exhaust is short and stubby and Benelli has designed the motorcycle to aid mass centralization. The swingarm shape and exhaust looks like that from the Kawasaki Versys 650.

The rear end is designed to hold luggage and Benelli will also supply a set of panniers with the TRK502, however, as an accessory. Braking duties are handled by two 320mm discs at the front with four piston calipers. The rear unit is 260mm with twin piston calipers. The Benelli TRK502 gets twin-channel ABS. The Benelli TRK502 will go up against the Kawasaki Versys 650, Triumph Tiger 800 XC.

T-135 features 12-inch wheels and a twin-pipe exhaust. It still isn't clear however if the mini bike will ever be launched in India.
