2014 Suzuki Gixxer India image gallery
The Gixxer is an all new 155cc motorcycle from Suzuki and is their flagship locally assembled motorcycle. It features some of the best specifications in the segment but Suzuki claims it is also one of the most efficient and you can read all about it in our first ride report. Check out all the images and details of this fun motorcycle below.
The Gixxer is a handsome design; lean and minimal with just the right amount of aggression
The handsome plastic tank forms perfect recesses for the thighs but doesn't feel quite as chunky as an FZ
Comprehensive dials look busy at first but offer all the information you need, including two trips, gear position indicator, a shift light and a clock
The rear is characterised by a minimal tail with chunky 140 MRF rubber
This is all the stickering you will see, giving it a clean look that allows you to appreciate the bike's handsome lines
The outer section of the rear hugger is removable for a more sporty and minimal look
The rear mono shock is adjustable in seven steps
This is the first sub-250cc motorcycle to feature Suzuki's twin port exhaust design
The 155cc motor produces 14.8PS and 14Nm, among the highest figures in the segment
The Gixxer gets rubber footpegs for the rider and metal for the pillion. We would have liked both being metal
SEP technology helps Suzuki extract an impressive claimed 63.5kmpl from the 155cc motor
Smart grab rails wrap around the LED tail lamp that follows the design theme seen on the Inazuma and Hayate
Most riders will find the slightly sporty ergonomics a comfortable fit
The Gixxer is a sharp and agile but composed chassis that encourages even in the wet
Starts Rs 1,11,871
