TVS Orbiter launched at Rs 99,900
The TVS Orbiter has been launched for a starting price of Rs 99,900, it is equipped with a 3.1 kWh battery and claims a range of 158 km IDC on a full charge.

The Orbiter feature list includes a 34-litre boot space, cruise control, smartphone tethering, USB charging port, coloured LCD dash, and front LED headlamp with an LED strip on the front apron. It also offers connected features such as geo-fencing, towing, time fencing, and crash/fall alerts to name a few. The TVS Orbiter gets an 845 mm long seat, 169 mm ground clearance, and 290 mm straight-line footboard. The new Orbiter positions itself as the entry product to the TVS' electric scooter range.
The silhouette of the electric scooter shows an angular design and boxy styling. Suspension duties are done by a telescopic unit up front and a dual shock unit at the rear. Braking duties are handled by drum setup at the rear and up front. And there is grab rail for the pillion to hold on to.
Other mentions include hill hold assist, reverse mode, turn-by-turn navigation, over-the-air updates, anti theft alerts, and ride modes - Eco and Power. The new TVS Orbiter will be locking horns against the likes of the Ather Rizta, Ola S1X, and Hero Vida VX2 to name a few. The Orbiter is offered in six colour shades - Neon Sunburst, Stratos Blue, Lunar Grey, Stellar Silver, Cosmic Titanium, and Martian Copper.
