Service Delivered at Doorstep. Mahindra ups Service Game in Delhi NCR

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has expanded its aftersales service infrastructure across Delhi-NCR, strengthening support for its SUV and electric SUV portfolio.

A key part of the initiative is the establishment of a 26,000 sq. ft. Mahindra Institute of Learning Excellence Centre. The facility will serve as a capability-building hub for sales, mechanical service and body shop training. With an experiential learning demonstration hall, the centre aims to equip technicians to handle the brand's increasingly technology-driven SUVs and electric SUVs.

The company is also deploying multiple Electric Vehicle Assistance Network (eVan) units across the region. These dedicated electric vans will provide doorstep support for electric SUV owners, covering periodic maintenance, washing and minor repairs. Each eVan is equipped with a battery pack and charger, a hydraulic scissor lift, a wheel balancer, and car care tools. Mahindra plans to expand the eVan initiative to other cities in the coming months.

Additionally, five new service touchpoints have been inaugurated in Delhi-NCR, adding capacity equivalent to 70 working bays. The expansion is expected to improve service turnaround times and accessibility, and includes a dedicated commercial vehicle touchpoint in Northwest Delhi.

The development highlights Mahindra's continued focus on enhancing customer experience through expanded infrastructure and technical capability in a key market.
